Cool Company are seeking a CRO / User Research Specialist to join our Growth team. As a CRO / User Research Specialist you will drive CRO-processes, optimise coolcompany.com for both public and logged in environment, with the main objective to improve conversion rate and number of qualified leads.

Duties and responsibilities:
Gather user insights, and analyse the data, through e.g., survey, poll, screen recording and interviews.
Conduct A/B tests, experiments, analyse website and identify improvement for better user experience and higher conversion.
Continuously review and optimise both the public and logged in environment and identify improvement areas to increase the conversion rate and number of qualified leads. The optimisation can regard input on copy, readability, CTA etc.
Effectively communicate test results and insights while providing actionable recommendations to both internal and external parties in web design, creative, product management, and development.
Collaborate with teams responsible for blogging, email, logged in environment, social media, to optimize each conversion path.
Hold workshops to educate and share learnings with wider company.

Requirements:
At least 4 years’ experience in:
User tests and user interviews.
Data collection using surveys, polls, screen recording, heatmaps, quantitative testing, etc.
Craft requirements towards developers / agencies.
Responsive design.
Experience in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Optimize, Hotjar, Optimizely, and potentially others.
Good knowledge of WordPress (or similar).
Easier implementations in WordPress (HTML, CSS, JS).
Understanding of statistical significance in testing and determining winning results.
Understanding of best practices for UI, UX, landing pages, and mobile/desktop experiences.
